Orders are final
All orders are placed against 100% advance payment. Once an order is confirmed and paid it is non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, because oils are compounded, filled and sealed specifically for your order.
Quality issues
If an oil arrives damaged, leaking or materially different from the approved sample, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, your order number and the batch number on the can. Write to sourjya@aurrelis.com or WhatsApp +91 90820 42266. After inspection we will, at our discretion, replace the oil or issue a credit note against your next order. Opened, used, decanted or blended stock cannot be claimed.
Wrong item
If we ship the wrong SKU, we will replace it at our cost once the unopened can is returned.
Transit damage
Freight is arranged by the buyer. Please inspect cans on delivery and note any damage on the transporter's proof of delivery; claims for transit damage are made with the transporter.
Private label orders
Private-label and custom-packaging orders (minimum 1,000 units per SKU) are confirmed only after sample and artwork approval, and are non-refundable once production begins.
