Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases from MYOPB Shop, operated by Aurelis Fragrance (OPC) Private Limited, Mumbai, India. MYOPB is a property of Aurelis Fragrance (OPC) Private Limited.

1. Trade supply

Products are fragrance oils and concentrates supplied for business use in perfumery, attars, personal care and home fragrance. Buyers are responsible for formulation, dilution, labelling and regulatory compliance of their finished products in their market.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in INR, ex-factory Mumbai, per pack size shown. GST @ 18% is extra. Delivery is against 100% advance payment. Prices may be revised without prior notice; the price at order confirmation applies.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when full payment is received. Confirmed and paid orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

Dispatch is within 15 working days, subject to availability and ingredient procurement. Freight from our factory to the buyer's premises is borne by the buyer. Risk passes to the buyer on handover to the transporter.

5. Scent references

Where an oil is described as "inspired by" a named fragrance, the name is used only to describe the scent character. Our oils are original compositions bench-matched to an approximate 85–90% similarity. Aurelis Fragrance is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand referenced, and all trademarks belong to their owners. Buyers must not market finished products using third-party brand names or trade dress.

6. Safety and compliance

IFRA certificates, SDS and COA are available on request. Oils are concentrated and must be diluted and used in line with IFRA standards and applicable law.

7. Private label

Private-label orders require a minimum of 1,000 units per SKU and are produced only after written approval of the sample and artwork. The buyer confirms it owns or is licensed to use all names, logos and artwork it supplies.
