Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 15 working days of payment, subject to SKU availability and ingredient procurement. We will tell you if any oil needs longer.
Freight
All prices are ex-factory, Mumbai. Transportation from our factory to your factory or warehouse is borne by the buyer. You may nominate your own transporter, or we can book freight on your behalf and bill it separately at actual cost.
Packing
Oils are filled in sealed, gold-finish Aurelis Fragrance cans in 1 kg and 5 kg packs, packed for road and air transport. SDS documents are supplied on request.
Delivery areas
We ship across India. For export orders, contact us for documentation, IFRA certificates and freight options.
Taxes
GST @ 18% is charged extra as applicable. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
Tracking
Transporter details and LR/AWB number are shared on WhatsApp or email once goods are dispatched.
