What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 1,000 units per SKU. Custom moulds, bespoke caps and specially printed rigid boxes may need higher quantities depending on the component.

Can I use my own formula or brief?

Yes. Choose any of our fragrance oils, or share a brief and we'll develop and bench-match a custom oil for your brand.

How long does it take?

Samples in about 7–10 working days. Production depends on packaging lead times — stock components are fastest; custom boxes and caps add time. We confirm a timeline with your quote.

Do you provide documents?

IFRA certificate, SDS/MSDS and COA are available for the oil. Label compliance for your market is reviewed with you before printing.
